The Series called “Rave Trilogy” explore aspects of underground electronic music through the eyes of the London based director Rebecca Salvadori and her experiences in Contemporary Rave Culture in England and the Middle East.
Desert Rave – A Film by Rebecca Salvadori | 2019
Desert Rave is a film capturing the one-off electronic music festival “Under The Desert Stars”, which took place in the Moroccan desert over the last weekend of September 2019. The film was commissioned by Dutch promoter ISOTOOP and was produced by Inverted Audio.

Inside Fold – A Film by Rebecca Salvadori | 2019
Originally presented by Inverted Audio, “Inside Fold” – a film directed by Rebecca Salvadori capture the elusive and ephemeral wonder of FOLD. Salvadori’s film offers a unique vision into contemporary club culture, exploring the intimacy between ravers and the invaluable team behind the venue.
Co-founded by Londoner Seb Glover and Georgian native Lasha Jorjoliani (aka Voicedrone), FOLD is a bold space encompassing a lot more than your traditional London venue, including artist production studios, the FOLD Lab and a soon to be launched radio station and record store.
Established in August 2018, FOLD is an institution for the arts housed within a former printing factory in one of the last industrial bastions of Canning Town in East London.

“My work can be seen as a constellation of heterogeneous elements composed together towards the construction of a video that allows for individual interpretations; a sort of very personal and multi-faceted portrait that can be approached from different angles as it intentionally moves in between personal and impersonal scales.
What was important for me was to show how visual narratives can inspire and portray what makes club culture so pivotal in contemporary society, giving an overarching sense of the London context but also looking at the intimacy between people partying and the invaluable team behind FOLD.”

Final Sheffield – A Film by Rebecca Salvadori | 2017-2018
Commissioned by No Bound’s Festival artistic director. ‘Final Sheffield’ portrays the ethos of the event in a non traditional way and exists as a piece of work that can speak on it’s own. ‘Final Sheffield’ premiered online via the Wire Magazine and was screened live in occasion of Warp Records x No Bounds Festival 2018.
